BENEFITS

Flexibility

We offer individual working time models and flexitime, the option of partial retirement and 5 days compensatory time per year. Home office is a given. 

TRAININGS

We offer a variety of trainings, seminars, and individual coaching. Every year we nominate at least one employee for the Vivatis Academy Management Programme. In the course of 1,5 years, they complete 9 modules to prepare for future leadership positions at Maresi. 

Teamevents

Whether it’s a summer party, Christmas party, business run or get-together – there’s always a reason for a joint activity.

MOBILITY

Because we care about the environment, we support the use of public transportation and bare the costs for an annual ticket in the amount of max. € 365. Alternatively, there is the option of shared parking in our parking garage.

Fitness

All Maresians have access to a MyClubs membership and a well-equipped fitness room in the building. If desired, we also arrange for fitness classes. Additionally, we cooperate with an occupational physician and regularly provide health check-ups and vaccinations.

Culinary

Maresi subsidizes the cafeteria’s daily lunch menu with € 3. In our kitchens we also offer complementary coffee, tea, Maresi iced coffee, Siggi cocoa, and KnabberNossi, as well as a fruit basket.

Onboarding

At Maresi, we give new employees the time and opportunity to settle in – we want to learn from and with each other. Every new Maresian receives an onboarding plan, which he or she ought to complete within 6 months. In addition, regular feedback meetings and annual employee appraisals take place.

We provide the opportunity to shape processes and invite everybody to contribute new ideas. Depending on one’s field of expertise, we primarily act as generalists and are responsible for specific brands, rather than for individual steps along the way. This creates broad and diverse areas of responsibility and an independent work ethic. Team collaboration and support, even across departments, are central elements of our Maresi spirit.
